I feel like we need some more info about the problems that were identified during this testing before jumping to finding solutions for them. For me this is still blocking Feature #7550, so I won’t comment more on this.

It is currently not possible to close this ticket because it is blocked by Feature #8967. I thought we would refine the design according to the review and then do paper testing with users. If I misunderstood, feel free to mangle the blocking relationships between the tickets in order to close this one.

The missunderstanding come from the fact that “Paper testing” was the way for the experts to validate (or not) the mockups.

Let’s not misname “usability inspection” for “usability testing” next
time then. And please consider closing both Feature #8233 and Feature #8976 maybe?

You probably tried to close this ticket but couldn’t do it because it’s marked as “blocked” by another one that is not closed yet: Feature #8967.

I think this blocking relationship is wrong and we should instead have:

Please try to change those relationships and then you should be able to close this ticket once and for good.

But marking this as “Fix commited” is not correct since this doesn’t correspond to any commit and will not be release in the next Tails :)

What we did here was not testing with users but reviewing with experts. Changing the title to archive something accurate.
