That’s semantically wrong. This ticket is not blocking Tails/Jessie. It’s instead blocked by Tails/Jessie, hence marked as blocked by Feature #6171, which is precisely here so that we can express this kind of relationships correctly :)

While working on https://tails.boum.org/blueprint/network_connection/ I realized that several of the options we have in the Greeter and that we basic assumptions for this design should actually be moved to the GNOME session. For example, MAC Spoofing and Bridges should be configured based on the network and not once and for whole.

If this is confirmed and happens, then the Greeter will only have “Administrative password” (and possibly other settings that are not defined yet) but this phrase 2 should be rejected or redesigned entirely.
