I’m not sure to understand what you are referring to here. Usually
“persona” relates to fictional people that incarnates your expected
audience. In the Greeter I rather see “scenarios”, like “Home office”,
“Public place”, and “Web cafe”.

If we’re talking about those scenarios here, then I think that we need
to plan for the “Offline” scenario.

From the feedback with experts (Feature #8235):

  • Hard to understand wich “case” does what, especialy between “public place” and “web café” [introducting notion of computer ownership].
  • All options in Discover are not in Quick Setup (and vice versa).
