In total we received 103.19€ from Flattr in 2016 (8.60€/month on average). Across October → January the donation campaign didn’t increase this amount (8.94€/month on average).

Conclusions:

  • We get very little from Flattr.
  • People wanting to donate for the donation campaign don’t use Flattr.
  • We might get more revenue from Flattr by putting their button on pages with more views. It might be worth trying this on some pages (maybe some news) and see how it goes. Creating Feature #12486 to track this.
