Bug #9994
Errors 404 and 500 while modifying task parenthood
0%
Description
This is probably not the place to report such issue but I could figure out what was the place to report bugs on the Redmine infrastructure.
There have been bugs leading to non-created ticket, server errors while dealing with task parenthood since the last update of Redmine on the server.
This time I think I found ways to reproduce two differents ones without be able to find a workaround for them.
- When displaying task
Feature #9853, it appears as having taskFeature #9851as a child. But when editingFeature #9853, thenFeature #9851appears as a Parent task. When trying to remove this parenthood and submitting I get a “404 Page not found”. - When displaying
Feature #9993, it appears as havingFeature #9851as a parent. But when editingFeature #9993, thenFeature #9853appears as Parent task. When trying to remove this parenthood and submitting I get a “500 Internal error”.
I’ll refrain myself from further modifying these tasks for some time.

- Subject changed from Error 404 while modifying task parenthood to Errors 404 and 500 while modifying task parenthood
I also can’t add a comment on Feature #9853 because I get an error: “Parent task is invalid”.

Also probably related to these parenthood bugs, Feature #6154 appears wrongly as a child of Feature #6148 on top of the ticket’s title, but when editing it, it appears correctly as a child of Feature #5663.

Actually, I’ll create a separate ticket for display problems → Bug #10008.

- Assignee set to intrigeri
Actually, this is preventing me from organizing my work on the Installation Assistant, so setting a milestone and assigning to intrigeri who has the keys to the infra. Feel free to assiging it to someone else if that’s better appriopriate.
