Description

For Tails 1.5 we reverted to the old search bar (via browser.search.showOneOffButtons = False) due to Bug #9931. We should reintroduce the ESR38 search bar in together with localized Wikipedia search engine plugin icons.

We ended up doing it the Feature #9955 way immediately in Tails 1.5, so the ESR38 search bar was never disabled (i.e. bugfix/9931-revert-to-old-search-bar was never merged).
