As we did last year but insisting on past and future achievements.

I would be cool to have a first draft ready by December 1 and published shortly after.

Done in https://tails.boum.org/blueprint/donation_campaign_2016/#index2h1. I changed a bit the scope to “how we use our money” since most of the real work was done through grant money (because we had little donations) but in the post I still clarified where donations are more useful.

I like it a lot! It explains very well what kind of work is needed to keep Tails alive (and has none of the issues I’ve raised on Feature #11794).

  • Maybe clarify that our “meetings” are not merely about talking, but are most of the time sprints where we mostly do technical work? Otherwise readers might get the impression that we’re wasting lots of time in bureaucratic processes.
  • The post ends a little bit abruptly IMO. Maybe add a conclusion paragraph encouraging people to donate, and linking to the donations page?

“In our last post we explained ?why we needed donations.” s/needed/need

“Writing numerous additions to our website and online documentation.” This could say “and end-user documentation” instead of “online documentation” since the doc is also available offline.

“End-user” sounds convoluted to me, so I replaced it “website and
documentation”.
