First remarks sent by email to me:

  • Explain what is Tails Installer at the beginning.
  • “Although this program is called Universal USB Installer, you can use it to install the Tails ISO image on a SD card.” → “Although this program is called Universal USB Installer, it is not only for USB sticks as you can use it to install the Tails ISO image on* an* SD card if you would prefer to use an SD card over a USB stick.”
  • “At the Windows security warning, click Run to run Universal USB Installer without saving.” → “When the Windows Security warning appears, click the “Run” option to run Universal USB Installer without it being saved onto the computer"
  • “If a second security warning appears, also confirm that you want to run the program.” → that could be made a “note” or a “tip”.
  • “Restart on the temporary Tails” → “Restart the computer on the temporary Tails”.
  • “On most computer, you can press a boot menu key to display a list of possible devices to start from. The following screenshot is an example of such boot menu” → “On most computers (note the pluralisation), you can press a boot menu key to display a list of possible devices to start from. You will need to find out which key applies to your computer from the list below. The following screenshot is an example of such boot menu”
  • Improve the structure of the section “Getting to the boot menu” (intro and then instructions).
  • “Remove the quiet option from the command line” → How?
  • “Add the debug and nosplash options to the command line” → How?
