Description

When upgrading from 1.3 tp 1.3.2, the upgrader first upgrades to 1.3.1. This should be documented in a small note.

The note is fine but it is not clear to me whether you have to reboot
between to successive upgrade or whether they can be done from the same
working session.

I bet you have to restart but then this should mentioned in the note.
