Description

A user was a bit surprised that Tails upgraded first from 1.3 to 1.3.1, then from 1.3.1 to 1.3.2. Maybe the upgrader could warn that it will do upgrades one after another?

That’s not very easy to implement (Tails 1.3 has no idea that it will need to upgrade twice, with the current design of the Upgrader), and it’s not the main supported case (users are supposed to upgrade their Tails without waiting that much), so I’d say it’s “hey why not, patches welcome, low priority”, and even then I personally won’t spend much time mentoring anyone who would be willing to work on it, so perhaps it would be a trap or a bad joke for a new contributor.

Well, then I’ll document the behaviour (Bug #9155) and close this one :)
