I’ve reverted this commit. While it indeed makes NetworkManager start only after we’re done with the MAC spoofing stuff, for some reason it prevents all NM hooks from running.

Err, we start in on Tails/Wheezy as well (config/chroot_local-includes/etc/NetworkManager/dispatcher.d/60-ttdnsd.sh
).
Calling this done, this will be reviewed at the same time as everything else, and this ticket has spent a year which “Ready for QA” status which doesn’t make any sense.
