Description

Tails is missing drivers for some Nvidia GTX cards (at least 760, 770, 780).

This could be fixed by installing the drivers form Wheezy backports, according to those pages:

We will not install the proprietary Nvidia driver. The NVE0 family that we’re talking about here seems to be supported by the free (“nouveau”) driver with Mesa 10.2, which is available in testing/sid, but not in Wheezy. I doubt one can backport it for Wheezy without backporting a full X.Org stack, which, I’m told, would take 1 solid week of work to an experienced Debian developer. Hence, marking as low-priority, as we can’t realisticaly commit to do it ourselves.

The drivers are included in Tails 2.0.
