Description

Our mirror checking script, check-mirrors, has been kept in a private
repo so far. According to Feature #7653, this should be changed. We need to
create a public Git repo without the secret extra mirrors from the
current repo.

I think the SOCKS proxy mess has been cleaned. The secret location has been resolved too. So I’m unblocking this ticket from the Feature #8054.

From git summary and the subscribers to tails-mirrors@boum.org, I think it would make sense to give commit rights to: anonym, u, intrigeri, and sajolida.

This repo already exists and all these people already have RW+ access to it so I think the only missing thing is adding the bits to inc/gitolite.conf.tail so it becomes public.
