Further simplify the links on the Contribute session

Description

The set of links on the Contribute page was already refined once when we revamped the first section. But it could be further improved.

The following items might be too specific to be there, or at least they should be in a specific section or page “Tools to work on the source code” or something:

  • Merge policy
  • Customize Tails: that page is too specific to be in the main index
  • Debian package builder: same
  • APT repository: same
  • Improve Tails by working on Debian: that’s already in a role
  • release process: should be added to the RM role

release cycle section: release process moved to RM, the rest could be added to tools for contributors section

the link to the logo is currently broken. replace with https://tails.boum.org/contribute/how/promote/material/logo/
