I don’t know if OnionCat is still “a thing”. If not, let’s reject that ticket.
We use mumble for VOIP and this will also be included in Tails Server, which seems like a good way to go!

OnionCat is still a thing (maintained by our team in Debian) but I don’t know what the plans are to support HS v3.
