Description

After restarting my computer and getting to the boot screen, I select Tails and then my monitors turn off, then back on, and go back to the boot screen repeatedly. After many tries it sometimes will start. Happens on several Nvidia Turing cards but not on my internal graphics chip on processor. Happens on the GeForce GTX 1660 Ti and GeForce RTX 2080.
