Tails

Here is what help desk has in their templates but it should be improved:

Concernig Tails, using a DVD-R or DVD+R is almost the same. Using a
DVD+R would allow someone to burn more data is there's some free
space, but that's all. Using such DVD doesn't allow someone to modify
your Tails. But you'll have to burn a new Tails DVD for every release,
which is every 6 weeks.

Using a DVD-RW or DVD+RW allow to use only one DVD, and re-burn Tails on
it every time a release is out.

It should be added to /install/dvd.
