FWIW if you did your QA on a branch forked off stable, with the relevant APT snapshot bumped, this would save me some time on Bug #15435.

Forget it, on Bug #15435 I decided to skip this upgrade for Tails 3.7.

To save one round-trip: code review passes at commit a25d27331c41f84b14e5331e3727c0a6e8aff10c so feel free to merge if this does not break stuff in the (full) test suite.

This FTBFS is confusing new developers so I’ll try to speed this up: I’ve pushed feature/15554-linux-4.15.0-3+force-all-tests so I get full test suite results and I’ll merge ASAP if happy.

And in passing Linux 4.16 got uploaded to sid.
