it happens on Tails 3.5 and 3.6~rc1.

In the greeter, select swedish(sweden) locale and ask to set up bridges. Once the desktop appears, the Tor configuration window never opens, instead a white window open with the following error message :

XML Parsing Error: undefined entity

it does work with the other swedish locale (finland).

Not reproducible in 3.12.1 but that’s perhaps “thanks” to Bug #16338.

Not reproducible on the branch for Bug #16338: Tor Launcher starts correctly and is localized in what looks like Swedish to me :)
