I noticed that Ublock is not working in Tails 3.3 and believe this might be because of the new API.

Applied cacahuatl’s patch (slightly modified to preserve lexical sorting) and pushed. Code review passes, not tested myself but cacahuatl has built and tested so I think this is ready for QA.
