After testing the Debian package for Tails Installer, I don’t think it will be possible to document how to do the installation on the command line. Still we can document the OpenPGP verification.

Done in web/10312-debian-expert. Please review. Note that the APT instructions I wrote for the time being download tails-installer from deb.tails.boum.org. This should be changed once the package is in Debian but this will likely happen after the user testing sessions. So I should keep this ticket open even after merging this first version.
