  • Target version set to Tails_1.8

anonym, kytv: that’s not a blocker (we didn’t commit to do it) but it would be cool to automate this manual test, since few of us have the local setup to do it. Tentatively assigning to the 1.8 milestone; kytv, do you want to take it as part of the monthly test suite improvements task? (e.g. during the 1.5 cycle you had nothing on the “test for new features and regressions” time budget, so it seems that there might be spare time that could be used there :)

  • Target version changed from Tails_1.8 to Tails_2.0

Four months later: ping?

(In any case: better postpone and focus on your more urgent tasks for this cycle :)

I need to give some thought to what should be used as the ftpd. I suppose that if a suitable ruby gem is available (but not in Debian) we could use that as a git submodule?

To be researched after higher priority tasks are addressed.

I would suggest vsftpd.

Let’s not do that, please, unless there’s a compelling reason to do so (as opposed to using one of the many FTP servers already available in Debian). I’d rather not deal with situations like “on current stable one needs version N of that lib, while on sid one needs version N+2” — that’s the kind of problems that a distro solves for us.

  • Target version changed from Tails_2.0 to Tails_2.2

(Tails 2.0 was released and I’d like to close the corresponding target version in Redmine accordingly.)
