Let the user choose some languages from a list, so that frontdesk people:

  • Know in which language the report is written it
  • Know in which languages they would understand the answer

given that we can guess from the whisperback language what’s the locale used, I don’t think, personnaly, that this is still necessary…

FTR this does not address 2nd part of what this ticket was originally about i.e. “For example, it might be all-right for someone writing us in French to receive an answer in English or for someone writing us in Portuguese to receive an answer in Spanish.” Now, you folks requested this initially so if you don’t feel the need for it anymore, fine :)
