This is sitting in a local, unpushed branch but the code is pretty much what’s in the description of Bug #9633.

Dependent ticket Bug #9633 is currently slated for 1.6. If Bug #9633 is finished for 1.5 this will be too.

Yes, it certainly seems to be valid still. Testing the fix in Bug #9633 while OFTC is being difficult. :)
