Description

in wiki/src/doc/anonymous_internet/networkmanager.mdwn all the netorks networkmanager could connect to are described as ‘local’ networks. this is not very precise, because often 3G or UMTS networks are not local networks. i think it would be good to remove the word ‘local’ from the page.

i’ve created a branch ‘doc/anonymous_internet/networkmanager’ on https://gitlab.com/muri/tails.git (commit a768ea5f) with these changes.
