Claws and Tor shouldn't warn on StartTLS connections to port 110 (POP3) and 143 (IMAP)

Description

If you try to configure a Riseup account with StartTLS as documented by them https://help.riseup.net/en/email/clients, Claws (or maybe Tor actually) warns you about:

One of your applications appears to be making a potentially unencrypted and unsafe connection to port 110.

Which is unnecessarily scary as this connection is fine.

Training people to click through security warnings like this is not good.

I believe that this warning is actually displayed by Vidalia.

It really looks like it: the font is the same (crappy) and when this dialog is open I can’t right-click on the green onion and get the usual menu (but I can interact with the other applets).

So if it’s vidalia we’re hopeless then :(

Vidalia + Claws, such a great combo!

I had a closer look, and I was half-wrong: Vidalia is merely relaying whatever Tor is configured to complain about. See the WarnPlaintextPorts pref in torrc(5), that we can tweak if we wish so.
