Do we propose a separate path for high security needs?

After discussions, I think we agreed on :

- not talking about any security grade in the router (and for shure not as a question for everybody, maybe at some point between the “Debian to USB” and “Debian hacker to USB” scenarios)
- but anyway, promote the “Debian Hacker” with open gpg verification for Tails trainers.
