We should mention to them that the case of a user download is not only a theoretical use case but could correspond to real needs (like ours).

This is not going to be ready before our extension, so that’s not a subtask of their specs.

I very much doubt we would do anything with the answer if we had it, especially now that we’re considering removing the downloading feature of DAVE. sajolida, if you disagree, just let me know and I’ll tentatively re-add this to my plate.

Yeap. That sounded like a fancy technology at some point but I think it’s irrelevant now for us.
