Message log suggests to hit start button on vidalia which doesn't exist

Description

Ran into some kind of temporary network issue, and an error message came up in the “Basic” view of the Message Log in vidalia to try to reconnect by hitting “start”. Of course, in tails there doesn’t appear to be a “Start” button. This error message could probably be updated to suggest whatever users are supposed to do now.

We’ll remove Vidalia shortly, so no work will be done on that.

Patches are welcome, though: see the tails/master branch at https://git-tails.immerda.ch/vidalia. Use gbp-pq or quilt.

Vidalia will be replaced by TorMonitor -> let’s not work on that anymore :)
