Done. Mac Linux USB Loader seem to be using GRUB and not Syslinux.

Upstream issue for Tails support is on https://github.com/SevenBits/Mac-Linux-USB-Loader/issues/21.

Try it myself and didn’t manage to go through the interface to copy it to the USB…
