Settings -> Tab Browser, change Browser to “manuel” and add “sensible-browser” to open articles directly in TorBrowser.

I bet this regression was introduced in Tails 1.2. Minor, so not setting priority > normal. Unfortunately, the proposed fix for Bug #8905 will prevent the proposed workaround from working.

3.9 will have the deprecation wrapper + updated doc that recommends Thunderbird instead of Liferea. (Bug #11082) Then as per Bug #11082#note-17 we shall remove Liferea in 3.10 or 3.11. → rejecting.
