We decided in Paris that tchou would work on the design, CSS, and HTML part and I would work on the security specifications.

Actually, Maone said he would rather work on the HTML page directly. So I’m renaming this to building a draft HTML page for all this content. Subtasks are HTML for sajolida and CSS for tchou.

That’s assigned to next release and has no assignee, which feels like a process bug to me => tentatively assigning to sajolida who’s supposed to ensure this kind of work is completed in due time AFAIK.
