Remove IUKs older than 6 months old from /{stable,alpha}/iuk

Description

As of now, the size of those mirrors is ever growing as
we are keeping all past IUK:

https://archive.torproject.org/amnesia.boum.org/tails/stable/iuk/

We could limit that amount of data by moving the ones that are more than 6 months old to /tails/obsolete/iuk/.

Let’s do try to do that manuall for a few releases.

The first step is to document how to do this in the release process.

(I don’t see why this would block the communication with mirror hosters: they can --exclude obsolete regardless of whether it exists or not — so removed the blocking relationship :)

Assuming you mean s/ISOs/IUKs/: not sure what made you think that: I see stuff from last April in http://dl.amnesia.boum.org/tails/stable/iuk/.
