Remove the "tails@boum.org" part of frontdesk

Description

Nowadays, most of the frontdesk people are not on tails@boum.org, so we shouldn’t rely on that anymore. Plus, that work is quite light already, and most not done by them anyway. I propose to simply remove that section.

I’ve encouraged everybody to do this as soon as possible to limit latency but I’ve been pretty much the only one doing this until now. This is really mechanical and doesn’t require much time nor any special knowledge or ability. I don’t think that have someone designated would be less troubles than as of now.

We hardly receive any. I don’t mind doing this as well.

That the best person to answer might depend on the content of the email. Still, that’s pretty rare and I don’t feel the need for having a mechanism to do that as we would anyway work only if taken care of by the few people who are processing tails@boum.org very regularly and strictly and those people would already be concerned about have such email left without an answer.

Shall I explain all this on tails@boum.org, as we had new members recently?
