It’s now configured to report to me, to start with. For now, using the simplest default email publisher, but if that’s not enough, then jjb supports the Email-ext plugin.

Works fine. The failure notification’s content seems good enough, and the “back to normal” one is nice to have. Redirected to -l10n@.
