Once related blocking tasks will be done, we will have to publicise the mailing-list by writing a blog post on the website (and maybe other actions ?)

I announced it on july 11th on tails-dev by email: https://mailman.boum.org/pipermail/tails-dev/2014-July/006330.html
Documentation on the website has also been updated.
Blog post might be interesting.
Sadly it has not been mentioned in the monthly report of june and july. Maybe this can be done in august?
