Bug #7735
Investigate calendar modules and plugins for Redmine
0%
Description
As a replacement for Feature #7521.
- Redmine has a calendar module: http://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/wiki/RedmineCalendar
- But custom query can be saved on the calendar view, apparently.
- There is also a iCal export plugin: http://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/wiki/PluginICalendarExport
- All this needs more research.

Looks like we could live without this since 3 years and nobody volunteered -> lowering priority.
The sole aim here being to be able to export the collective calendar.

Bug #15186: Evaluate moving to GitLab for merge requests added
#6 Updated by Anonymous 2018-08-18 13:21:02
This might be superseded by moving to Gitlab. Will check during the next triagin session if we can close this ticket.

In passing, Tor is experimenting with a shared calendar: https://storm.torproject.org/shared/GkOOrd_SCu04LdDPW0tyGZ8v1gjvYLopjF5QzGGGYUN. The service is backed by Radicale. The data can be sync’ed with at least Thunderbird/Lightning.

Since then we added migrating to GitLab to our roadmap so I don’t think it’s worth spending any time here.
