Finish processing the content of the old forum

Description

The old forum has been cleaned and some of its most useful content moved to the FAQ (Feature #6376), but it still contains more than 1000 files, and we want to get rid of them (Feature #7727).

I see several options:

- Some content might have become very deprecated and meaningless.
- Some more stuff can be moved to the FAQ. But the FAQ should gather frequently asked question.
- So we need propose something to do with the content of the forum which is of interest but not frequently referred to. As I think that we don’t have so far a place to put rarely used but interesting information around Tails usage…
