Done, pushed the blueprint.

tl;dr:

  • alright, as long as Jessie is released soon enough and we can drop support for building on Jessie
  • if we want to support Ubuntu 14.04 LTS, we need to stay compatible with Docker 1.0; otherwise, we can go with 1.3.
