Description

On some current build from the testing branch + various topic branches in (1.1~betaN), /home/amnesia has mode 0755. Same on 1.0.1. Seems worth fixing in time for 1.1. Adding a regression test would not hurt.

Will be addressed in the same branch as Bug #7443, as it blocks a part of the fix (Feature #7459).

Done in the topic branch, seems to work fine. Would benefit from a full run of the automated test suite, in case it breaks anything (unlikely, but who knows).
