It seems possible to get rid of rEFInd if converting the ISO image to DMG using `hdiutil convert`.

This seems to have been done: the only places where we mention rEFInd nowadays are doc/first_steps/start_tails and support/known_issues, as a potential workaround for startup issues on Mac. So rEFInd isn’t part of the basic Mac installation flow anymore => closing.
