[FAQ] Link to the FAQ from "documentation" section

Description
There should be a link to the FAQ from the documentation, https://tails.boum.org/doc/index.en.html -> https://tails.boum.org/support/faq/index.en.html
Maybe replace “advance topics” with “other topics” and add it there ?

Or have it linked from the main menu of the documentation, at the top.
