Description

This piece of doc is still inherited from Incognito and hasn’t moved since then.

- What do we want to do with it?

- At least we should update the reference to ECHELON to something newer.
- Shall we update the external links?

In more general terms, this piece of documentation is not specific to Tails, but about general security topics that we usually don’t deal with in our documentation.

It is not specific to Tails, it is very outdated, and it would need to be updated quite regularly… so it really should be supressed. On the other hand, if somebody wanted to keep a few lines like this up-to-date, I would find it useful for journalists / promote, and for beginners. So… for me, suppression or updating are fine, but keeping this outdated version makes no sense :)
