Description

In v0.23, the so-called “start screen” prompts about whether or not a user would like to setup a basic / simple or a more complex Tor configuration (on the bottom). However, the Tor Luncher basically repeats this prompt as soon as it starts (“connect” or to “configure”.). This duplication should be prevented.
