Description

In the bookmarks shipped by default in Tails, we should add a bookmark to the Tor Stackexchange, which is supposed to be the recommended place to ask general questions about Tor.

The bookmarks are configured in chroot_local-includes/etc/iceweasel/profile/bookmarks.html.
