Description

Ability to copy the scanner firware (eg epjitsu and .nal file) file into
the sane directory.

My take on this is that people can already install extra firmware by setting an administration password and doing the right trick by hand. As the concerned firmwares will surely be proprietary binaries, I bet we don’t want to make them too easy to easy to install or render persistent.
