Description
We need a filtering proxy to allow restricted access to the Tor control port.
See Whonix’ one for an example. adrelanos offers some help if we use it.

In order to fix Feature #6383, I created a control port filter that only allows SIGNAL NEWNYM. See ticket Feature #6383, or my branch “winterfairy:bugfix/torbutton-new-identity” (based on devel).
