May be helpfull :

Siduction : http://siduction.org/

The siduction distribution is a desktop-oriented operating system and live medium based on the “unstable” branch of Debian GNU/Linux.

This thread mentions “now we have stable release builds happening on
pettersson”. Would this be usable already? That would be better than
nothing for the time being…

These images can be found there: http://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/release/current-live/i386/iso-hybrid/ Not tested recently. But they lack firmware.

Wheezy released nonfree ISOs (with firmware included) have always been here, and front desk can already redirect to these, so this is off-topic as far as this ticket is concerned IMO.

Maybe frontdesk didn’t know, and since they know the need for self-made Debian images disappears?

We could document those in https://tails.boum.org/doc/first_steps/bug_reporting/index.en.html and maybe in https://tails.boum.org/contribute/how/testing/

Debian stable images exist. This is good, but not enough. Debian sid images don’t exist. We need them. Hopefully that’s now clear enough :)
