Description

Re-enable Indymedia IRC account (disabled by bugfix/disable-indymedia-irc-account) and convert it to use the hidden service and SASL.

It’s not clear to me anymore that we should do that: we’ve seemingly decided not to ship a preset for another IRC network, due to the UI mess resulting from accounts to hidden services in Pidgin. Reverting to “New” status.

We now ship a Pidgin with SASL support, so this would be technically possible, modulo the UI mess.
