If I2P is started already and time changes (htp / tordate), I2P must be restarted.

We do currently not ship i2p, however, we might again at some point. So for the time being, lowering priority.

I think it’s fine to reject all tickets related to I2P now. We also
sometimes reopen rejected tickets. To me “Rejected” means that we don’t
want to consider this as a relevant problem now but it might become
relevant again in the future.
